Mr. Salvato is licensed to practice in every state court in the Commonwealth of Virginia, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the Courts of the District of Columbia, as well as the Court of Appeals in both Virginia and the District.  He is one of only a handful of attorneys qualified to represent individuals charged with death penalty eligible offenses in the federal courthouse in Alexandria, Virginia.

Frank Salvato has been practicing solely criminal defense since opening his own practice in 1989.  He is licensed in Virginia and the District of Columbia.  Mr. Salvato has also appeared in the state and federal courts of Maryland. 

Mr. Salvato is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Virginia College of Criminal Defense Lawyers.   His practice has always been and continues to be solely devoted to criminal and traffic defense.  All felonies and misdemeanor offenses are defended.
